Farzana Reza
Farzana is an undergraduate student double majoring in Public Health and French.
She believes that CRISP’s mission is one that allows for people to become. With hopes to pursue career in epidemiology at a francophone country, she believes that her studies can contribute to the project.
Research Division Lead
Saja Mutan
Saja is a Rutgers University student majoring in Criminal Justice. She has been a part of CRISP since October 2021. Her interest in global health has attracted her to the team by investigating sustainable solutions for preventing the spreading of parasitic disease. Subsequently, she believes education and the sharing of ideas towards generating healthy habits lead to slowing the spread of parasitic diseases.

Amal Joseph
Amal is a Senior studying Biology and Information Technology at Rutgers University.
Amal admires how Enactus creates a positive impact on the world using entrepreneurship. His interest in both science and technology brought him to the CRISP project. He hopes to be a valuable member of the CRISP team, and hopes to see how entrepreneurship can be used to create a noticeable and lasting impact on the world around him.
Current Team
Galen is a student majoring in Psychology and Information Tech and Informatics at Rutgers University.
He was drawn to CRISP due to the potential of helping others internationally, as he is aware of the lack of resources compared to America. Galen has always been interested in social entrepreneurship and assisting under-resourced communities, hopes to see positive change, and make a positive impact toward sustainability.
Justin is a Junior studying Psychology at Rutgers University - New Brunswick.
Being born in the Philippines, a region where schistosomiasis remains a public health problem, Justin is interested in helping affected individuals and decided to join CRISP. He looks forward to being a part of the CRISP team and assisting team to create a positive impact on the world.

Shreya is a freshman majoring in Pharmacy.
She hopes to become more involved with CRISP and learn more about schistosomiasis. She is interested in helping with outreach and is excited to be a part of the Enactus community.
Atharva is a current freshman at the Rutgers Business School interested in finance, economics, and cognitive sciences.
He joined CRISP because he is passionate about the intersection between social entrepreneurship and public health and its potential to lead the world toward a healthier and more sustainable future. He is currently researching methods of prevention and treatment for Schistosomiasis in Senegal and potential technological solutions to eradicate the disease.

Alex is a Freshman studying Finance with a concentration in Real Estate at Rutgers University.
Alex is excited to be a part of Crisp and Enactus in general and finds it amazing how the programs work towards making the world a better place through social entrepreneurship. He hopes to be a valuable member of the team and is ready to make an impact.
Spreha is a freshman majoring in Biological Sciences and Psychology. She hopes to become more involved with CRISP and learn more about schistosomiasis. She is interested in helping with outreach and is excited to be a part of the Enactus community.
Mohita is currently a freshman majoring in Biological Sciences and minoring in Computer Science. She strives to meaningfully contribute to the CRISP team’s efforts in bettering communities affected by schistosomiasis. As part of the research and outreach groups, she hopes to reach her goal and is looking forward to working with the Enactus community.

Zahra is an Animal Science major, a part of SEBS interested in law and public policy with a special interest in zoonotic diseases and human rights. It is her hope to positively contribute to investigating solutions that would help people and animals in endemic areas.

Kayla is accredited with a BS in Public Health with a certificate in Health Disparities from the EJB School at Rutgers. Simultaneously, she was working on her MPH in Epidemiology with the Rutgers School of Public Health. Kayla believed in CRISP from the moment it was introduced to her, seeing it as the boldest Enactus initiative tackling real-world problems that many don’t think about every day.

Rahul is a part of the RBS, majoring in Finance. He has been a part of the project since February 2020. Rahul joined because he values the importance of social innovation and is interested in discovering unique solutions for communities suffering from severe healthcare issues.
